What is roofing material?
Roofstock initially provided funding and started in May 2015, and officially opened its market less than a year later. The first transaction occurred in March 2016.

CEO Beasley said the company’s mission is to use technology to effectively match buyers and sellers and reduce transaction costs for both parties. The business model will charge half of the 6% normally charged by real estate agents. The seller pays 2.5% of the marketing fee, while the buyer pays half a point commission.
